With the end of the Christmas Season at hand, it is time to start putting our holiday warmers away. While putting mine away i decided it would be a good idea to do a video and a blog of what I do before packing them away
As a Scentsy consultant you would assume that i would have the cleanest dishes around. Like anyone that changes there wax as much as I do, it is easy to just soak up the wax and do a quick wipe with a paper towel . I don’t do the deep clean as much as I should and because of that my Dishes look like this ….
Not a pretty site. and letting your dishes get this dirty effects how your wax smells in the warmer . So lets get this dish cleaned up.
How to clean Scentsy Dishes
The First Step is removing the wax. I use cotton balls to remove the wax from my dishes. I drop in 3-4 cotton balls and let them soak up the wax. I put the cotton balls into a toleit paper roll so i can use them as fire starters.
Once the wax is removed , wipe the dish out with a paper towel to get any remaining wax out of the dish.
Next Step is to start cleaning, I use 1 of three things to clean out my dishes , Scentsy Counter Cleaner, Soft Scrub or Comet. (depending on how bad the dish is )
WIth a wet paper towel I scrub the dish, SOme dishes take longer then others . Once scrubbed i was in hot soapy water and let dry , sometime for 24 hours want to make sure they are good and dry .
